.45 Auto Brass Shells (Set of 6)
Six empty brass cases in .45 Auto, the pistol cartridge also called .45 ACP. Set them beside a Colt M1911 replica and the display looks finished.
John Browning designed the round in 1904 for the Colt semi-automatic pistol he was developing. The US Army adopted that pistol as the M1911 in 1911, and the M1911 and M1911A1 served as the standard American sidearm for more than 70 years, until the Beretta M9 took over in 1985.
- Set of six brass cartridge cases
- .45 Auto size: each case is about 23mm long
- Empty and inert: no bullet, powder or primer
- Suits display replicas of the Colt M1911A1
Display tip: if your M1911A1 replica is field-stripped for display, set a few cases beside the parts.
