We post within Australia only, by Australia Post with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email on the day your order is posted.

Checkout only offers postage for items your state can receive. Pick-up from our showroom is available for any order.
Laws on replicas differ from state to state, and some states need a permit or collector's licence. Please check your state police website before you buy. Our replica laws page has the links.
Postage
Standard postage is $19. Bulky items, such as rifles, are $35. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
We post orders within 2 business days of payment, or of your ID check if we ask for one.
Before you order
- You must be 18 or over to buy replicas, cap guns or knives. We may ask for photo ID before we post them.
- Card payments for orders under $1,000. For $1,000 or more, please choose Bank Deposit at checkout and follow the payment instructions. We post once the payment arrives.
- Orders flagged as a high fraud risk are cancelled and refunded. You're welcome to order again and pay by bank deposit.
If we have to cancel your order, we refund it in full.
Pick-up from our showroom
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from the Collectors Armoury showroom at the front of the Gold Coast War Museum, 42 John Rogers Road (off Springbrook Road), Mudgeeraba QLD 4213. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm. We'll email you when your order is ready.
Please bring photo ID when you collect a replica.
