What are your replicas?

Non-firing display replicas of historic pistols and rifles, from flintlocks to modern service pistols. Most are full-size metal replicas made by Denix in Spain. They're made as replicas from the start. They aren't real guns that have been deactivated.

Can they fire?

No. Our display replicas can't fire blanks, live ammunition or anything else. Cap guns fire toy caps, for the sound and a puff of smoke only.

Who can buy?

Anyone 18 or over. We may ask for photo ID before we post a replica.

How does the ID check work?

If we need to check your age, we'll email you after you order and ask for a photo of your driver licence or other photo ID showing your date of birth. We post your order once we've checked it.

Can you post to my state?

Full-size replica guns and rifles with working actions post to Queensland and Western Australia. Cap guns post to Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. Antique-style pistols, accessories, books, militaria and gifts post Australia-wide. Some long rifles are pick-up only. See our shipping information for the details.

Do I need a licence?

The rules differ from state to state, and some states need a permit or collector's licence for replicas. We can't advise on your state's laws, so please check your state police website before you buy. Our replica laws page has the links.

How can I pay? Is there a card limit?

You can pay by card for orders up to $500. For larger orders, choose Bank Deposit at checkout. We post once the payment arrives.

Is everything on the website in stock?

Most items are on the shelf in our showroom, but some are one-offs that can also sell at the counter. If something you've ordered has sold out, we'll email you straight away and offer a refund or a similar item.

What's your returns policy?

If an item isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Please email sales@collectorsarmoury.com.au before sending anything back. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, from $50 to $400. They're emailed, to you or straight to the person you're buying for, and used at checkout on our website. Buy a gift voucher.

Can I visit the showroom or pick up my order?

Yes. Our showroom is at the front of the Gold Coast War Museum, 42 John Rogers Road (off Springbrook Road), Mudgeeraba. It's separate from the museum, so you don't need a museum ticket to visit. It's open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm, and closed on public holidays. To collect an online order, choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready.
