.303 Shells with Charger Clip
.303 Shells with Charger Clip
Five .303 British dummy rounds held in a steel charger clip, the way they were issued for the Lee-Enfield. A neat piece to display beside an SMLE replica.
The SMLE's box magazine held ten rounds. Soldiers filled it from the top with two chargers of five, pressing the rounds down with the thumb, which was far quicker than loading one round at a time.
- Five .303 dummy rounds on a steel charger clip
- Dummy rounds for display only
- .303 British size: each round is about 78mm long
- Suits display replicas of the SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield)
Display tip: stand the clip upright beside the rifle on its rack.
