Delivery area
We deliver within Australia only, by Australia Post with tracking. You can also pick up from our showroom at the Gold Coast War Museum, 42 John Rogers Road (off Springbrook Road), Mudgeeraba QLD 4213, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm.
Where we can post each item
- Full-size metal replica guns and rifles with working actions: Queensland and Western Australia only.
- Cap guns: Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia only.
- Long rifles marked PICK UP ONLY: not posted. Pick-up from our showroom only.
- Antique-style pistols, accessories, books, militaria and gifts: anywhere in Australia.
Checkout only offers postage where an item can be sent.
Age and ID
You must be 18 or over to buy replica guns, antique-style pistols, cap guns or bladed items. Orders that include them need a one-time photo ID check before dispatch. If ID isn't provided within 5 days of our request, the order is cancelled.
Postage costs
Standard postage is $19 and bulky items are $35. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment, or of the ID check where one is needed. We email the tracking number on the day of dispatch.
Payment limits
Card payments are accepted for orders up to $500. Larger orders are paid by bank deposit and dispatched once payment is received.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email sales@collectorsarmoury.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work it out with you and Australia Post.
