Silverado .44 Calibre Display Shells (Set of 6), six silver-finish shells

Silverado .44 Calibre Display Shells (Set of 6)

$14.50

Six silver-finish .44 calibre display shells for western replicas. Set them in front of a lever-action rifle or a single-action revolver to finish an Old West display.

Several of the best-known guns of the Old West were .44s. The Henry rifle and the Winchester 1866 "Yellow Boy" used the .44 Henry rimfire round. The .44-40 came with the Winchester 1873, and from 1878 Colt made its Single Action Army revolver for the same round, so a rider could carry one kind of cartridge for both rifle and revolver.

Display tip: lay them in a loose row along the rack below a lever-action rifle.
